How the calculator works
It estimates a steady month once your page is live and you're mentioning it regularly. For an account with average engagement (about 3%), it assumes each month:
- Guide / ebook: 0.1% of followers buy
- 4-week program: 0.05% of followers buy
- Monthly membership: 0.15% of followers are paying members
- 1-on-1 video call: 0.01% of followers buy
Those rates scale with your engagement rate (double the engagement, roughly double the buyers, capped at 3×), and by scenario: conservative ×0.5, realistic ×1, strong ×2. What you keep is shown after FitTribe's 14% per sale — see pricing for exactly how each sale splits.
These are working assumptions, not survey data. Real results depend on your niche, how often you promote, and how good the product is — which is why every input is editable.
How much do fitness influencers make? Estimates by follower count

| 10K followers | $455 | $782 | $1,565 |
| 25K followers | $964 | $2,021 | $3,916 |
| 50K followers | $2,021 | $3,916 | $7,833 |
| 100K followers | $3,916 | $7,833 | $15,668 |
| 250K followers | $9,856 | $19,585 | $39,173 |
Notice how much comes from the membership. One-off sales are welcome, but recurring members are what turn a following into steady income — see how fitness influencers make money and how to monetize your fitness audience.
An Instagram money calculator for selling, not sponsorships
Most Instagram earnings calculators estimate what a brand might pay you for a sponsored post. That money is real but irregular and outside your control. This calculator estimates income from your own products — guides, programs, memberships and 1-on-1 calls — which you set the price for, and which keeps paying as long as your members stay.
How to earn more from the same followers
- Add a monthly membership. It's the biggest line in almost every estimate.
- Keep members training. Daily workouts, check-ins and streaks mean fewer cancellations — the difference between 3 months and 12.
- Price by the result, not your follower count. See how to price online fitness coaching.
- Put the price one tap from your bio. “DM me” loses sales. See the best link in bio for personal trainers.
- Launch with a deadline. A paid challenge gets people to decide now.
Frequently asked questions
How much money can I make with 10k followers on Instagram?
Selling your own fitness products, a creator with 10,000 engaged followers might take home roughly $782 a month, in our realistic scenario at 3% engagement. Brand deals at that size are usually small and irregular; products you sell yourself are where small accounts earn.
How much do fitness influencers make per follower?
There's no fixed rate. What you earn depends on engagement, what you sell and your prices far more than on follower count. Two accounts of the same size can earn ten times different amounts. Use the calculator with your own engagement rate and prices.
How much do fitness influencers with 100k followers make?
In our realistic scenario at 3% engagement, around $7,833 a month from their own programs and memberships — before any brand deals. Real results vary widely either side of that.
Is this Instagram money calculator accurate?
It's an estimate built on stated assumptions, not a prediction. It's most useful for comparing options — prices, products, engagement — rather than as a forecast. Try the conservative scenario if you're planning around it.
How is this different from other Instagram earnings calculators?
Most Instagram money calculators estimate what brands might pay per sponsored post. This one estimates what you earn selling your own guides, programs, memberships and calls — income you control, and that doesn't depend on a brand's budget.
How can I increase how much I earn from my followers?
Raise engagement, add a monthly membership so income repeats, price by the result rather than follower count, and put your offer with its price one tap from your Instagram bio instead of selling in DMs.
