Terms & Conditions

FitTribe is a platform where fitness influencers (“influencers”) offer digital products to their followers: training programs, PDFs, video courses, 1-on-1 video calls and memberships, together with a daily tracker for logging workouts and meals.

We sell these products to you and deliver them through your account. The influencer who created a product is responsible for its content and, for 1-on-1 calls, for attending the session.

• The workouts, meal ideas and other content on FitTribe are general fitness information, not medical advice, and are not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist.
• Talk to a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury, or take medication.
• Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk.
• Results vary from person to person. We don’t promise any specific result.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use FitTribe with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Don’t share your login or the content you’ve bought.

• Prices are shown on each influencer’s plans page, in the currency displayed (for example INR or USD). Applicable taxes, such as GST, are charged as required by law and shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (such as Razorpay). We don’t see or store your full card details. Your bank may add its own charges, for example for currency conversion.
• After payment is confirmed, the product appears in My products — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Memberships renew automatically every month or year, at the price shown, until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own fitness. You may not copy, resell, share, publicly post or redistribute any content (including PDFs and videos), or share access with others. Content remains the property of the influencer or FitTribe.

Your workout and meal logs and progress photos stay yours. You allow us to store them and show them to you and to the influencer whose tribe you’re logging in, so they can support you. Don’t upload anything illegal, offensive, or that you don’t have the right to share. See our Privacy Policy.

• Don’t misuse FitTribe: no hacking, scraping, spamming, harassment, or attempts to get around payments or access controls.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and influencers may remove members from their tribe for abusive behaviour. If that happens without a fault of yours, we’ll refund unused paid time.

We work hard to keep FitTribe running smoothly, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from following fitness content (see section 2). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use FitTribe after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Dahikoti, India. Please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly.
